EatmyDirt.com.au Store policies.All prices in our store include GST and all prices, descriptions, specifications and product applications are subject to change without notice. All prices are, to the best of our knowledge, correct at the time of publishing. We take no responsibility for any errors or ommissions in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices and model applications. Foreign Orders: All foreign orders to be paid in advance by money order or direct deposit. Warranty/Guarantee/Returns: All products are covered by manufacturers warranties where applicable. No warranty by EatMyDirt express or implied. The limit of Eatmydirt.com.au’s liability shall not exceed the sale price of the item. No items are guaranteed Indestructible. Insurance: Please tell us if you want insurance with any postal orders. Insurance rates will be discussed with you prior to shipping. The cost of insurance must be paid in full prior to shipping of poduct. Contact Eatmydirt to arrange payment prior to ordering if you would like to include the cost in one transaction.  What name will appear on my bank statement?Eatmydirt.com.au is a trading name for Powersports Kawasaki (ABN 87 107 896 108). Your receipt and bank statement will reflect the Powersports Kawasaki name. Returns Are SimpleSimply email Eatmydirt to obtain a RA (return authorization) number before returning goods by certified post, along with your invoice (dated no more than 15 days). We will be happy to exchange, credit or refund you a cheque. Please provide full details of your original order: Order ID You must include the original shipping documents that you received with your original order. This will help us find your order to process the refund/return. Our Returns PolicyWithin 14 days of receipt of your goods (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to eatmydirt.com.au for a full refund (we will also refund the freight cost if the return is because of our mistake): Any product in its original condition with original packaging, labeling and accessories. Any unopened (must be still in its plastic wrap) CD, DVD, software, video game, cassette tape, or VHS video tape We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Eatmydirt.com.au. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective, damaged or do not fit. Items that are returned more than 15 days after shipping, will be charged a restocking fee of $25 or 5% at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 15 days or that are in unsellable condition, or that have missing parts. Special ExceptionsSuspension/Motor Parts: Because performance depends on the correct assembly, servicing and operation of the complete unit, only a qualified mechanic should assemble the job and draw to our attention at the time of assembly any possible defects in our workmanship and/or materials. We cannot be responsible for the assembled unit. Software downloaded from our site in electronic distribution form may not be returned – choose carefully. Exchanges of Damaged or Defective ItemsEatmydirt.com.au will exchange items that are defective or damaged or do not fit. To exchange an item, visit our online RETURNS DEPARTMENT. Refunds We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. Returning a gift? You'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which can be used at any time toward your purchases at EatmyDirt.com.au. The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. Did you use a promotional voucher, code or certificate? If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order at EatmyDirt.com.au. This does not apply if the promotion has expired. Packing and Sending Your Return Just a few simple steps:

Lost Your Packing Slip? Don't worry! If you ordered the item yourself, you can still return it using a mailing label from our returns department. If you have the receipt please ensure that it is included with the returned item. What if the item was given to you as a gift, and you don't have the packing slip or the order number? No problem. If an article of apparel does not fit properly, we will gladly exchange the wrong size for the right size. We will even pay for shipping the first exchange back to you – that means we are splitting the returns shipping cost with you! Simply call or e-mail EatmyDirt.com.au, explain the problem and upon the return of the item(s) that doesn't fit, your new item will be promptly shipped. * Returned item must be in new condition and in original packaging Excludes closeout and scratch and dent items. For reasons of security we would rather have the small inconvenience of you entering your credit card number for each of your transactions.
