How do I return an item?
The returns policies for the eatmydirt.com.au online shop are outlined in the store policies document. The following guidelines are for you to use when returning an item to eatmydirt.com.au.
The steps required for a successful return transaction with eatmydirt.com.au are:

Contact eatmydirt.com.au and ensure that you are eligible for a return. Certain items or curcumstances may not be elegible for return - e.g. if you are trying to return an item more than 15 days after receipt of goods.

Gather your item(s) and any supporting documentation (original receipt, original packing slip, email correspondence). It is advised that you make and retain a copy of any documentation that you send with yoru return.

Carefully pack your item. If it is possible to reuse the packing that eatmydirt.com.au used for the shipment please do so. Remember that the item is your responsibility until it is received by the eatmydirt.com.au Returns Department. It is in your best interest to pack it safely. If you are unable to supply the original receipt and shipment forms please add a document that clearly outlines who purchased the items (email and name required) and the date that the purchase was made.

Print out a return shipment mail sheet (click link). If you are unable to print the sheet please write on the shipment in clear bold print. Black marker pen is preferred.

Post the item(s) back to the eatmydirt.com.au Returns Department. you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to eatmydirt.com.au. Eatmydirt.com.au will pay for the return shipment for the first return. That's right - we will split the cost of the return shipment the first time around.

Eatmydirt.com.au will contact you on receipt of the returned goods. Any further action required will be outlined at this time.
